I picked up the Tapo T300 to keep an eye on the area under my kitchen sink, and it does exactly what I need. Setup was quick once I paired it with my Tapo hub, which is required, so keep that in mind before buying. The IP67 rating gives me confidence placing it in damp spots, and it feels solidly built. Alerts come through reliably whenever moisture is detected. It is a simple, focused device rather than a flashy one, but for basic leak monitoring it works well. Just remember you need the hub for it to function.
