I bought the Tapo T300 3-pack to cover the kitchen, bathroom and laundry area, and it has been a solid purchase. The IP67 rating gives me confidence placing one near the washing machine where splashes happen. Setup requires a Tapo hub, so keep that in mind before ordering. Once paired, alerts come through quickly and the app shows which sensor triggered. The batteries are supposed to last a long time, and the size is small enough to tuck under a sink. Three units for one home is a practical starting point.
