I set up the Tapo C660 Kit around my house and the 4K picture is genuinely sharp, day and night. The solar panel means I have not had to worry about charging, which was my main concern with outdoor cameras. The pan and tilt covers a wide area, so one unit watches more of the yard than I expected. App pairing was quick and the 3-pack covers front, back and side gate nicely. Only note is you need decent sunlight for the panels, but so far that has not been an issue.
