I picked up the Kasa Smart Bulb KL135 mainly because it works with the Tapo App, and setup was refreshingly simple since no hub is required. The full color changing and dimmable options give me plenty of flexibility for different moods, and the WiFi connection has been stable in daily use. Colors look vivid without being harsh, and dimming down to a low level works well for evenings. It is a solid choice if you want app-controlled lighting without extra hardware.
